Components We Rebuild & Validate
Our rebuild program allows you to send in worn or damaged assemblies for a complete disassembly, inspection, rebuild, and testing process.
Eligible components include:
- Oven Chains – full tear-down, link replacement, lubrication, and precision assembly.
- Spindle Heads – bearing replacement, alignment verification, and performance testing.
- High Pressure Valves – seal replacement, crack detection, and leak testing.
- Air Rotary Unions – resealing, rebalancing, and rotational performance verification.
- Product Rotary Unions – rebuilds for both liquid and gas handling applications with pressure testing.
- Mold Hangers – structural inspection, re-machining, and reinforcement.

Inspection & Quality Assurance
Pre-Inspection Protocol
Before any rebuild begins, every component goes through our pre-inspection protocol. This includes:
- Visual inspection and photographic documentation of condition upon receipt.
- Dimensional checks against OEM specifications.
- Wear analysis and crack detection using NDT methods where applicable.

Spare Parts Requirement
To ensure production continuity, customers must maintain a spare set of any component eligible for rebuild. NEX TEC only accepts items into the rebuild program when a spare is available on your site. This ensures your line continues running while your component is undergoing service.
